About the Founder Dr. Mary Buddemeyer-Porter, president of Eden Publications, LLC is an author, Regional Emmy nominated songwriter, educator with a BA in Music Education, Masters in Fine Arts education and Ph.D. in Creation Theology. She is a professional choreographer and has taught elementary, Jr. high, high school and college during her music education career. She has choreographed and directed troupes performing in Disney Land, Disney World, Six Flags, The Bahamas and Hawaii. Mary has produced two cable television series for children receiving a Regional Emmy nomination for two of the songs from the Movin' On series which was based on the Land of Music® music theory/performing arts curriculum. It is a concept she created. It is produced by Note Family, Inc. with world wide circulation. Mary studied theology at Missouri Baptist University and Maryville University, St. Louis, MO and has been a student of the Bible for over thirty-five years. She is the main spokesman for Eden Publications, LLC. She appears on television from national to local television stations across the country and on radio, reviewed in news papers and pet related magazines such as Dog Fancy. She appeared in New York on The Pet News Channel several years ago which launched the first "Will I See Fido In Heaven" publication, and has been the guest speaker for the International Association of Pet Cemeteries and speaks at churches and other pet related events. Mary's charity, "Pets & People Village" is working to create Pets and People Villages around the country where homeless people and homeless pets can live together creating a quality and purpose in life for both. |
